• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Navision / ERP experience is required.
• Great focus on accuracy, completeness, and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, able to multi-task.
• Fluent in English and can effectively communicate.
• Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Outbound Logistics business process to ensure that customer orders are served and delivered within the agreed service levels.
• Establish collaboration and coordination with Sales and Operations Team to balance supply and demand planning in ensuring appropriate FG inventory levels and achieving sales volume targets.
• Oversee the warehouse operations for both internal and external and ensure that warehouse spaces are planned strategically and maximized in accordance with Food Safety, Quality and GMP/GWP standards.
• Maintain FG Warehouse inventory accuracy by implementing inventory management and control processes and activities.
• Ensure material transaction compliance for Order Fulfillment, Transportation and FG Warehouse operations is aligned to system transactions.
• Develop, maintain, and report on metrics for monthly reporting around logistics spend and KPIs such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Develop and implement an effective and efficient distribution of feeds from point of origin to point of destination to ensure consistent product availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage the dispatch and delivery operations to ensure that customer requirements are met by coordinating and implementing operational control compliance.
• Assist in growing the customer base by providing excellent service.
