• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong accuracy, completeness, and customer service.
• Analytical, independent, deadline oriented, able to multi-task.
• Fluent in English and effective communication.
• Team oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and delivery of materials and manage truck loading and route setup.
• Maintain communications with suppliers, warehouses, and others involved in shipping and delivery.
• Manage outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand and optimize FG inventory.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure space planning aligns with GMP/GDP standards.
• Maintain FG warehouse inventory accuracy and implement control processes.
• Develop and report metrics for logistics spend and KPIs.
• Coordinate feeds distribution from origin to destination for on-time delivery.
• Manage dispatch and delivery operations to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in growing customer base by providing excellent service.
