Job summary

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Logistics Manager responsible for overseeing outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and coordination with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand in the Philippines.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration, at least five years of experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (Navision or Dynamics). Travel within the Philippines is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Navision or Dynamics.
• Strong accuracy, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand.
• Manage warehouse operations and optimize space per GMP standards.
• Maintain FG Warehouse inventory accuracy with controls.
• Ensure material transactions align with system entries.
• Develop and report KPIs for logistics spend and performance.
• Ensure on-time product distribution from origin to destination.
• Support growing customer base through excellent service.
