The candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, comply with GMP protocols, and help inspect equipment while promoting safety. Travel within the Philippines is required and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or college-level degree in logistics or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong focus on accuracy, completeness and customer service.
Analytical, independent, flexible and deadline oriented.
Able to adapt quickly, work in a team and be customer oriented.
Willingness to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods and commodities.
Ensures compliance with warehouse protocols, GWP and GMP at all times.
Maintains inventory accuracy through inventory management and control processes.
Assists in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts for safe operation.
Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
