Job summary

ADM is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Logistics Supervisor in daily warehouse operations at our facility in the Philippines. You will help ensure timely receiving of goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and enforce safety and GMP protocols across all activities.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams while traveling within the Philippines as needed.

Qualifications

• College level or bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong focus on accuracy, completeness and customer service.
• Willing to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely receiving of delivered goods/commodities.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse protocols, GWP, GMP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through inventory controls.
• Assist in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery and forklifts for safe operation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards.
