Job summary

ADM is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines to lead outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy, while maintaining high service levels and compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration, 5+ years of related experience, English fluency, and ERP experience (Navision/Dynamics or similar).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• ERP experience required (Navision/Dynamics or similar).
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Travel within the Philippines required.

Responsibilities

• Manages outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations and optimize space usage.
• Maintain FG warehouse inventory accuracy and controls.
• Ensure material transactions align with system processes.
• Develop and report monthly logistics KPIs and spend.
• Plan distribution from origin to destination for on-time delivery.
• Manage dispatch and delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in growing customer base through excellent service.
