Job summary

ADM is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager in the Philippines to oversee outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and delivery routing. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain compliance with GMP/FS standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in logistics or business, 5+ years in logistics, ERP experience (Navision/Dynamics), strong English communication, and willingness to travel across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• ERP experience required (Navision/Dynamics) or similar ERP.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manages outbound logistics to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations and optimize space per GMP/GWP standards.
• Maintain FG warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Ensure material transactions align with system processes.
• Develop and report monthly logistics KPIs.
• Plan and implement distribution from origin to destination.
• Manage dispatch and delivery operations for on-time delivery.
• Assist in growing customer base through excellent service.
