Job summary

3 BAS Tigers Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Supervisor to lead a cost-efficient delivery operation while ensuring adherence to approved SLAs and lead times.

You will plan routes, supervise Drivers, Helpers and Riders, coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, Packing and Telemarketing, monitor performance, ensure safety compliance, and address issues promptly to maintain smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics or delivery supervision experience.
• Knowledgeable about automotive spare parts and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in time management and process innovation.
• Able to make critical decisions and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates daily trips of Drivers, Helpers and Riders based on volume.
• Prepares requests for delivery allowances and coordinates with Accounting.
• Plans delivery schedules and routes cost-effectively.
• Prepares schedules of Drivers, Riders and Helpers.
• Coordinates with Telemarketing for timely order delivery.
• Coordinates with Procurement for stock pickup and delivery.
• Coordinates with Packing Team for readiness of commodities/orders.
• Oversees receiving of stocks and dispatching deliveries.
• Monitors and provides performance feedback to employees.
• Ensures adherence to vehicle registration and LGU laws.
• Resolves issues promptly; ensures safety and company policies.
• Investigate and report incidents; performs other tasks as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Logistics Supervisor is expected to lead a cost-efficient delivery operation without compromising the compliance to approved Service Level Agreement or Lead time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Orchestrates daily trips of Drivers, Helpers and Riders depending on the volume of deliverable.
• Prepares request for delivery allowances and coordinates with Accounting Team.
• Plans delivery schedule and routes in a most cost-efficient way possible.
• Prepares schedules of Drivers, Riders and Helper.
• Coordinates closely with Telemarketer for efficient and timely delivery of orders.
• Coordinates with Procurement relative to stocks pick-up and delivery.
• Coordinates closely with packing Team ensuring readiness of the commodities/orders for delivery and/or customers pick-up.
• Oversee receiving of stocks and dispatching of deliveries.
• Monitors and provides performance feedback to employees and identify performance challenges to be corrected and improved.
• Ensures adherence to Land transportation and LGU's traffic ordinance particularly on vehicle registration.
• Immediately resolves arising issues within the area of supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Investigate and report any incidents or accidents in the logistics operations.
• Do other tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Three (3) years of relative experience.
• Knowledgeable on Automotive spare parts and warehouse operations.
