Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a logistics operations professional to drive seamless cross-border coordination from the Alabang site. You will manage SOP-driven processes, handle AOG-related tasks, and prepare import/export documents across multiple modes.

You will communicate with Local FXL for moves, keep Cargowise and FAST updated, and collaborate with the network to ensure timely, compliant transportation. A strong customer-service mindset and 24/7 reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the logistics industry with cross-border ops.
• Solid exposure to international logistics across multiple transport modes.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer-specific procedures.
• Process AOG files administratively.
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS.
• Prepare tax and transportation documents.
• Coordinate local transportation with providers in relevant countries.
• Communicate necessary information to Local FXL for moves.
• Update IT tools (FAST, Cargowise) with events.
• Relay files and feedback to Front Officer.
• Flag disruptions to Front Officer and Supervisor.
• Work with FXL Network and uphold quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow operational procedures (SOP) as well as customer specifics.
• Ensure the administrative processing of AOG files
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS
• Tax and prepare transportation documents
• Organize local transportation using the listed providers in the concerned countries
• Communicate with Local FXL all necessary information and document to process physical move.
• Update dedicated IT tools, i.e. F.A.S.T, Cargowise, with event (if applicable)
• Communicate and transfer ongoing files and customer feedback to the Front Officer
• Alert the Front Officer & Supervisor in case of disruption
• Actively Cooperate with the FXL Network
• Adhere to quality procedures

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in the logistics industry, with solid exposure to international logistics operations across multiple transportation modes
• Strong mastery of international air transport and logistics regulations, including Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of the specificities of all transportation modes, with emphasis on time-critical and AOG environments
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to convey a positive and professional brand image to clients
• Strict adherence to procedures, service organization, schedules, break times, and holidays
• Compliance with company Quality, Hygiene, and Safety standards
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and discipline, especially in a 24/7 operational setting
• High stress tolerance and ability to perform under pressure in time-critical situations
