Job summary

Offshore Business Processing is seeking a Sourcing Specialist at our Alabang site to manage international logistics tasks and supplier communications. You will coordinate import/export files, ensure compliance, and support 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in logistics, strong knowledge of Incoterms, airfreight, and a customer-focused mindset. This full-time on-site role offers HMO from Day 1, travel opportunities, and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in logistics, with international operations across multiple transportation modes.
• Strong knowledge of air transport, Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of all transportation modes with emphasis on time-critical and AOG environments.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to convey a positive and professional brand image to clients.
• Strict adherence to procedures, service organization, schedules, break times, and holidays.
• Compliance with company Quality, Hygiene, and Safety standards.
• Willingness to work at Alabang site and in any shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer-specific procedures.
• Coordinate administrative processing of AOG files.
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS.
• Tax and prepare transportation documents.
• Organize local transportation using providers in the concerned countries.
• Communicate with Local FXL all necessary information and documents.
• Update IT tools (F.A.S.T, Cargowise) with events.
• Transfer ongoing files and feedback to Front Officer.
• Alert Front Officer & Supervisor in case of disruption.
• Cooperate with the FXL Network.
• Adhere to quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow operational procedures (SOP) as well as customer specifics.
• Ensure the administrative processing of AOG files
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS
• Tax and prepare transportation documents
• Organize local transportation using the listed providers in the concerned countries
• Communicate with Local FXL all necessary information and document to process physical move.
• Update dedicated IT tools, i.e. F.A.S.T, Cargowise, with event (if applicable)

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in the logistics industry, with solid exposure to international logistics operations across multiple transportation modes
• Strong mastery of international air transport and logistics regulations, including Incoterms, customs rules, and compliance requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of the specificities of all transportation modes, with emphasis on time-critical and AOG environments
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to convey a positive and professional brand image to clients
• Strict adherence to procedures, service organization, schedules, break times, and holidays
• Compliance with company Quality, Hygiene, and Safety standards
