Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with Less than Container Load (LCL), sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution processes, and cost control to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Proficient in international trade regulations, customs rules, and transportation/warehousing standards of different countries; handle import and export-related matters.
• Use Excel, SQL, or Python for data processing and analysis to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Coordinate collaboration among multiple parties including suppliers, shipping companies, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth implementation of transportation plans and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or other related fields are preferred.
• Possess 1–3 years of relevant work experience in international logistics; experience working in PEZA zones or a multinational corporation background is a plus.
• Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese, English, and Filipino; familiarity with local import and export procedures in the Philippines is preferred.
• Possess strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, project management awareness, and problem-solving abilities; adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
