Job Responsibilities:
Be familiar with Less than Container Load (LCL), sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution processes, and cost control to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Proficient in international trade regulations, customs rules, and transportation/warehousing standards of different countries; handle import and export-related matters.
Use Excel, SQL, or Python for data processing and analysis to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Coordinate collaboration among multiple parties including suppliers, shipping companies, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth implementation of transportation plans and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or other related fields are preferred.
Possess 1–3 years of relevant work experience in international logistics; experience working in PEZA zones or a multinational corporation background is a plus.
Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese, English, and Filipino; familiarity with local import and export procedures in the Philippines is preferred.
Possess strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, project management awareness, and problem-solving abilities; adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
