Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a diligent logistics coordinator in Batangas to manage PEZA/BOC permits, process import/export documents via eIPS/AEDS, and coordinate shipments with brokers and carriers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field and 1–3 years in import/export or PEZA compliance; strong Excel skills, and negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Work hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with overtime; onsite with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or PEZA compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process PEZA and BOC forms and permits (eIPS for imports; AEDS/eZTS for exports).
• Coordinate shipments with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Monitor LOA balances and quotas; prepare periodic reportorial requirements to PEZA to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and sales to align shipment schedules with manufacturing needs and delivery deadlines.
