• At least 5 years of experience in business development or importation management

• Knowledgeable of import regulations, tariffs, customs procedures and logistic operations
• Amenable to work fully on site

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business development initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
• Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics operations, including supplier negotiations, order processing, freight coordination, and customer service management.
• Ensure full compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, logistics laws, and industry standards, including the proper handling of regulated or hazardous cargo.
• Drive logistics sales growth and ensure smooth operational execution by closely coordinating with the operations team in managing new and existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms and effectively resolving operational or contractual concerns.
