We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Logistics Representative to join our team in a temporary reliever capacity. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain, managing import/export documentation, and coordinating with clearing agents during the temporary absence of our regular team member.
Prepare, review, and process critical shipping lines, customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
Liaise directly with brokers, forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure efficient cargo clearance and zero border delays
Monitor real-time inbound and outbound shipments, providing daily status updates to management and clients
Maintain precise data logs within the company's logistics management system
Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related business field.
License (Preferred): Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is a major advantage.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience handling domestic or international logistics and customs documentation.
Skills: High level of meticulousness, strong clerical organization, and excellent communication skills for vendor coordination.
