• Strong organizational, clerical and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process shipping lines, customs declarations, bills of lading, and invoices.
• Liaise with brokers, forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo clearance.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and provide daily status updates.
• Maintain accurate data logs in the logistics management system.
