Euroasia Manpower Services, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics for industrial projects, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and accurate documentation.
You will manage transport orders, update milestones in the TMS, verify trade documents, and coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and vendors to meet client SOPs and schedules.
As a Logistics Operations Operator, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day logistics operations that ensure the seamless flow of goods within our project logistics segment. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain solutions tailored to meet the complex demands of industrial projects.
Execute day-to-day inbound and outbound shipment tasks, handling routine project logistics workflows in strict compliance with established client SOPs.
Create transport orders, maintain accurate job files, update real-time milestone events in the company TMS, and input data accurately to ensure zero system duplicates.
Collect, verify, and upload essential international trade and transport documents (CIV, PKL, COO, CMR, MBL, HBL, IMA, PODs) into electronic document management systems (E-docs).
Assist with financial processing by cross-checking applied rates (rate cards vs. spot quotes), generating proforma/final customer invoices, and compiling monthly bulk billing data.
Assist in setting up customer project organizations, accounting vendor profiles, and client accounts in core enterprise databases.
Monitor real-time cargo movements across Air, Ocean, and Ground modes, updating client tracking portals and maintaining internal tracking registers.
Secure Proof of Delivery (PODs) and CMRs upon cargo arrival, verify document accuracy, and upload them systematically to SharePoint and client systems.
Identify transit delays, customs holds, or documentation errors early, immediately escalating complex operational disruptions to the Team Lead for resolution.
Support the tender process by gathering freight rate inputs, requesting spot quotes from vendors as instructed, and consolidating rate data into standard bid templates.
Communicate daily with third-party carriers, truckers, and warehouse operators to confirm transport execution schedules, pick-up/delivery windows, and cargo status.
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Logistics and Transportation, or any business-related course.
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, industrial/project logistics, or supply chain, with proven capability or readiness to take on team coordination responsibilities.
Proficient in end-to-end transport documentation (CIV, PKL, COO, CMR, BLs, PODs), invoicing workflows, and TMS data management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with logistics data management platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Professional verbal and written English skills for cross-functional teamwork and direct client interaction.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain procedures, with practical experience in coordinating industrial, breakbulk, or complex multimodal project cargo movements.
Hands-on experience executing data entry, transport order creation, job file updates, and milestone tracking within enterprise Transport Management Systems (TMS).
Functional understanding of transport pricing structures, with the ability to verify rate cards against spot quotes, check supplier invoices, and prepare billing inputs.
Practical skills in liaising with third-party carriers, warehouse operators, and ground handlers to schedule pick-ups, deliveries, and container handovers.

Training: The first two (2) weeks will be conducted on-site for training and onboarding.
Willing to work as a reliever for a period of five (5) months
