Job summary

Beagle Cargo Forwarders is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Assistant to support our sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with clients on shipment requirements. You will maintain records and assist with day-to-day pre-sales tasks within a busy freight forwarding environment.

Ideal candidates are college graduates with strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in logistics and export/import processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and requests.

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, inquiries, and client information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Pre-Sales team.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
