Job summary

Tangent Solutions, Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Supervisory level professional to lead POS preparation and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with 1-SLA and coordinating with PTSS leaders.

You will oversee a team, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and collaborate with couriers and internal departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in team leadership; immediate start preferred; day shift, Monday to Friday onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in logistics or related fields.
• Ability to lead and supervise a large team of staff effectively.
• Adequate analytical skills to identify data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Must be able to start immediately and work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Oversees POS Preparation and Outbound Logistics to ensure compliance with 1-SLA.
• Partners with PTSS leaders to meet QOs and KPIs in a timely and effective manner.
• Leads and trains the preparation and logistics team to follow Tangent standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation of terminal status, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.
• Provide troubleshooting and elevate issues related to POS terminal handling as needed.
• Monitor team performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols for POS devices.
• Collaborate with courier services and internal departments for timely and secure transport.
• Provides periodic PTSS department reports.
