OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Manila is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international logistics operations with focus on air transport and time-critical tasks. You will follow SOPs, process AOG cases, and prepare Import/Export files in the TMS while coordinating with local providers.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service, with a readiness to work across shifts and travel opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in the logistics industry with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of air transport, logistics regulations, Incoterms, and customs.
• Time-critical and AOG environments experience; able to work 24/7 shift if needed.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer specifics in daily operations.
• Process AOG files administratively and create Import/Export files in the TMS.
• Prepare transportation documents and manage local transport with providers.
• Update IT tools (F.A.S.T, Cargowise) with event data.
• Communicate with Front Officer and Supervisor on disruptions or feedback.
• Collaborate with the FXL Network and adhere to quality procedures.
