Job summary

Counterflow Movers, Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Documentation Specialist in Makati to support freight forwarding operations. You will prepare and manage import and export documents, coordinate with brokers and suppliers, and ensure accuracy of shipping paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a BS Customs Administration or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. Prior experience in logistics is a plus, and you will monitor shipments from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in BS Customs Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge in processing import-export forwarding and brokerage.
• 1 year of work experience preferred; freight forwarding/logistics experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented in document preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and managing import and export documents.
• Coordinate with brokers, consignees, and suppliers to resolve export/import issues.
• Review paperwork to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Validate supplier documents for accuracy (origin, tariff codes, etc.).
• Track shipments and monitor export/import processes to resolve delays.
• Coordinate export/import documentation, including customs declarations and invoices.
• Coordinate with client inquiries and monitor shipments until delivery.
