Job summary

You will work under a Team Leader to complete tasks, follow procedures, and contribute ideas to improve service delivery and efficiency. Students or recent graduates with a background in logistics or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a relevant field (see above).
• Strong written and spoken English communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and administrative activities in line with team priorities and service levels.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipment, customer, and operational documentation on time.
• Update trackers, reports, and system records with team-provided data.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal teams or customers as assigned.
• Follow SOPs, internal controls, data privacy, and Maersk policies.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process-improvement activities.
• Complete internship tasks and learning assignments as directed.
