Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support operational and administrative activities in line with team priorities and service levels.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipment, customer, and operational documentation on time.
• Update trackers, reports, and system records using information from the team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal teams, customers, or service partners.
• Follow SOPs, internal controls, data privacy, and Maersk policies.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate exceptions or risks to the supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and process-improvement activities.
• Complete other internship-related tasks and learning assignments.
