• Experience with inbound/outbound processes in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound operations including receiving, unloading, and put-away.
• Supervise outbound order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead safety, compliance with HSSEQ and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Customer Service teams.
