Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity.

You will monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; drive process improvements, manage inventory, and lead a team to meet performance targets while maintaining compliance with HSE and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and track inventory levels; organize stock rotation and records.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety standards with regular inspections.
• Train, mentor and develop team members; provide feedback and performance management.
• Communicate with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet targets.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables.
