Qualifications

• 1–2 years in order management, logistics, or related operations.
• Proficient with Excel or Sheets for data tracking.
• Strong attention to data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer orders from approved channels
• Encode and process Sales Orders (SO) in the ERP/system
• Review orders for SKU, quantity, price, brand, specs, customer details, and delivery date
• Verify customer-specific requirements including product specs and expiration dates
• Check product availability and coordinate with Inventory/Warehouse
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Production for picking, packing, and preparation of orders
• Monitor the status of orders from creation through dispatch
• Provide timely updates on order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules
• Monitor daily order volume, fulfillment status, pending orders, cancellations, and prepare regular reports on order fulfillment
