Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations role to oversee daily logistics, including parcel inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will lead the hub team, drive productivity, and ensure KPI targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, with leadership experience and payments processing exposure. Shift work and cluster-wide assignments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment a plus.
• Experience leading a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster; able to do shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (last mile and first mile) including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conduct team briefings and document minutes of meetings.
• Monitor hub performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support in addressing escalations.
