Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day parcel handling, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control within the hub. The role emphasizes improving productivity, monitoring KPI achievement, and supporting the Customer Support team to resolve escalations.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or distribution with e-commerce fulfillment experience advantageous.
Leadership experience preferred in warehouse or hub environments.
Experience in payments processing or similar function helpful.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
Support monitoring of hub performance to ensure productivity and achievement of Hub KPIs.
Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
Assist Customer Support with calls to resolve escalations.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
Handle payment transactions and related processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
