Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced hub operations professional in Metro Manila to support day-to-day activities, including inbounding, sorting, dispatch, and inventory control. You will lead team briefings, monitor KPI performance, and help drive process improvements for higher productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics or distribution, and leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Leadership role preferably in warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operation including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting
• Supports monitoring hub performance and KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates reports of the Hub
• Assists Customer Support in call outs to solve escalations
• Implements process improvement initiatives to increase hub productivity
• Handle payment transactions and other payment processes
• Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams
• Other tasks related to hub operations
