Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations professional to assist in daily hub activities, including parcel handling, dispatch, inventory, and reporting. You will help monitor performance metrics and support the Customer Support team with escalations, ensuring smooth operations across the hub.

The role requires leadership experience in warehouse settings, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work shifts across a designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and able to do shift work.
• Administrative mindset with ability to handle hub operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (inbound, sorting, dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, inventory).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to meet KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
