Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day hub activities, including inbounding, sorting and rider dispatch. The role focuses on productivity, KPI achievement, and accurate reporting while supporting customer escalations and payments processing.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, and prior leadership in a hub environment, with willingness to be assigned across the cluster and to work shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Holds leadership experience in a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to work shifts as per team schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including inbounding, sorting and dispatch.
• Monitor hub performance to meet KPIs.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Support customer escalations with call-outs.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee teams.
• Perform additional tasks to support hub operations.
