Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents meeting minutes.
• Monitors hub performance to meet KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Supports Customer Support with call outs to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Performs other hub operations tasks as required.
