Job summary

LOTTE GLOBAL LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a senior business development leader to drive sales targets, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships within the Philippines.

You will manage the business development team, build client relationships, and collaborate with executives to identify opportunities aligned with the company’s vision. The role requires extensive experience in logistics, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, corporate planning, or commercial operations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or executive leadership role.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnership development.
• Experience in handling cross-functional teams and reporting directly to top management or Board of Directors.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and high-level client engagement.
• Experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding companies.
• Graduate of a 4-Year Course Related to Business.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and pursue sales targets and revenue objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and quantify sales opportunities as part of the overall business development program.
• Create comprehensive proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements tailored to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Oversee Sales and Business Development Heads and other development team members.
• Collaborate with company executives to identify business opportunities aligned with the company's vision.
• Develop the budget for the department and allocate funds to new development.
• Collect metrics on expansion activities to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Handle escalated situations with clients and partners.
