Job summary

Yello X Supply Chain Solutions in Manila seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth by developing, managing, and improving freight forwarding products.

You will conduct market research, manage product lifecycle from development to launch, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing, build strong client relationships, and negotiate with partners to optimize offerings and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Process-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for existing and new freight forwarding products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align product execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize service offerings and profitability.
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and operational discussions.
