Job summary

Shore360, based in the Philippines, is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm providing staffing and admin support for international clients. We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, prepare documentation, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires familiarity with SAP/Oracle/TMS and at least 2 years in US logistics or supply chain coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in US logistics, transportation or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and freight terms.
• Exposure to inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare shipping docs: bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvements across logistics operations.
