Job summary

Shore360 is looking for a Demand Planner | Procurement Coordinator in the Philippines. The role focuses on forecasting product demand, aligning forecasts with supply, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production and Finance.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, adjust for promotions and seasonality, and help maintain optimal inventory while supporting procurement and finance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with supply chain relevance.
• 2–4 years in Demand or Inventory planning and related roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Proficient Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand using historical data and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Finance.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust for seasonality and promotions.
• Ensure stock availability and manage slow-moving inventory.
• Support vendor payments and related administrative tasks.

Job Description:

• Responsible for forecasting product demand, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support business operations. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Finance to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities and business targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to minimize variances.
• Adjust forecasts based on promotions, seasonality, product launches, and market conditions.
• Work closely with Procurement and Production to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
• Perform other tasks as required, including preparing payments for vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
• Statistics, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred).
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
