Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; administrative background in supply chain or regulatory operations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word), project management platforms like Asana, and digital file structures.
• Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, excellent professional communication skills, and an eagerness to learn complex regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Import verification and operations: review manifests and cargo details to determine regulatory requirements and secure clearance docs.
• Food safety and regulatory compliance: build knowledge of FDA standards, HACCP, FSMA traceability to assess vendor docs.
• Document management and audit readiness: maintain vendor compliance repositories in SharePoint and monitor expiration dates.
• Cross-departmental and client support: address customer compliance requests for sales and track tasks in Asana.
• Workflow optimization: use office software and AI tools to streamline administrative processes.
