Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses and transport providers.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents, reports, and records.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Process and update logistics transactions in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Support inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and warehouse activities.
• Assist in data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
