Job summary

Sendiva Logistics Corporation is seeking an Account Executive to grow and manage its customer portfolio in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver freight forwarding and related services.

The incumbent will target domestic and international logistics opportunities, prepare quotations, and drive revenue while upholding high standards of customer service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or freight/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Sendiva's customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand logistics requirements to propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate quotations, service delivery, and revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular client visits and presentations; provide updates on prospects and conversion status.
• Ensure proper documentation, pricing compliance, and timely communication of service terms.
