Qualifications

• Strong experience in Banking/NBFC/Lending industry
• Proven experience in branch operations and team management
• Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end branch/location operations
• Lead and manage a team of 25+ members
• Drive minimum business volumes of 25+ Cr
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7 Lakhs+
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, operations, and collections teams
• Build strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, channel partners, and customers
• Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality
• Drive team productivity and performance management
