Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head to lead profitable branch operations, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions while building lasting relationships with clients. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, strong managerial skills, and willingness to relocate within the covered area.

You will oversee daily branch servicing, drive growth, and ensure high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
