Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head to drive profitability, marketing, and smooth operations for a branch. You will build long-term relationships with clients and oversee daily branch servicing, including over-the-counter and ATM channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, and strong managerial abilities to implement effective strategies within the covered area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products to attain the bank's goals in terms of funds generation, credit services, and profitability targets.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).
