Tavor Perry is seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to build, manage, and optimize Meta lead-generation campaigns for a local service-based business. You’ll set up campaigns from the ground up, turn our photos and videos into high-performing ads, and keep a close daily watch on results to bring in quality leads within our service area.

You’ll excel if you combine hands-on Meta Ads expertise with the ability to explain performance clearly to a business owner who isn’t technical.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns using Meta Lead Forms or website conversions.
• Knowledge of local/radius targeting, audience building, and budget optimization.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Ability to create or assemble ad creatives with Canva or similar.
• Strong analytics and ability to interpret CPL, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
• Ability to explain campaign performance in simple, non-technical terms.
• Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead-generation campaigns, including structure, audiences, and tracking.
• Assemble ad creatives from content provided by the business.
• Set up local and radius-based targeting to reach customers in the service area.
• Check campaign performance daily and respond to issues or opportunities.
• Analyze results and adjust targeting, budget, and creative based on data.
• Test ad variations to reduce cost per lead and improve quality.
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes and best practices.
• Prepare end-of-day or weekly performance reports in plain language.
• Suggest new campaign ideas and strategies to grow lead volume.
