Job Summary:

We need a results-driven Ads Specialist to build, manage, and optimize Meta lead-generation campaigns for a local, service-based business. You'll set up campaigns from scratch, turn our photos and videos into high-performing ads, and watch results closely every day to drive quality leads within our service area. The right fit combines hands-on Meta Ads expertise with the ability to explain performance clearly to a non-technical business owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead-generation campaigns, including campaign structure, audiences, and tracking setup
• Put together ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) from content supplied by the business
• Set up local and radius-based targeting to reach customers within the service area
• Check campaign performance daily and move quickly on issues or opportunities
• Analyze results and make data-driven changes to targeting, budget allocation, and creative
• Test ad variations to improve cost per lead and lead quality
• Keep up with Meta platform updates, policy changes, and best practices
• Prepare end-of-day or weekly performance reports that explain results in plain, easy-to-follow language
• Suggest new campaign ideas and strategies to increase lead volume

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience building and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
• Strong background running lead-generation campaigns, including Meta Lead Forms and/or website conversion campaigns
• Solid understanding of local and radius targeting, audience building, and budget optimization
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API setup
• Ability to create or assemble ad creatives using tools such as Canva or similar
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates
• Ability to explain campaign performance in simple, non-technical terms
• Consistent, detail-focused, and able to self-manage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads experience (Search and/or Local Services Ads)
• Prior experience advertising for local, service-based businesses (home services, contractors, trades, or similar)
• Experience with basic video editing tools such as CapCut
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools to follow leads from ad to booked job
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
• Ability to manage several campaigns at once
