Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience with lead-gen campaigns using Meta Lead Forms or conversions campaigns.
• Strong skills in local/radius targeting and budget optimization.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversions API setup.
• Ability to create ad creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Strong analytics and ability to explain metrics clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-driven.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Meta lead-generation campaigns with targeting and tracking.
• Create ad creatives from supplied content.
• Set up local radius targeting within the service area.
• Monitor performance daily and act quickly on issues.
• Analyze data and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives.
• Test variations to improve CPL and lead quality.
