Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth. The role involves field selling loan products, recruiting and leading a sales team, and expanding market reach within the assigned area.

You will supervise agents, monitor targets, and provide market feedback to management while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field selling of loan products to prospective clients.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to expand the company's reach and performance.
• Perform field saturation activities to identify new customers and market opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Monitor and guide sales agents to meet individual and team targets.
• Support the company in achieving monthly and overall sales goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
