Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Experience in loans and collection is an advantage.
• Driving skills is a must (motorcycle), with driver's license.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.
• Willing to travel extensively and highly familiar with the area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collection targets and KPIs for the NPL portfolio assigned.
• Perform collections activities: redemption, posting payments, restructuring, billings, condonation, field visits, letters and SMS sends.
• Conduct account analysis and evaluate client’s ability to pay.
• Compute possible loan restructuring options.
• Prepare and submit all required reports promptly.
• Check documents for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service according to established standards.
