Job summary

D2B is seeking a diligent Loan Processor/Broker Assistant in the Philippines to manage loan submissions and client data with AOL, enabling Australian deals to move smoothly from pricing to settlement.

You will coordinate valuations, load data into AOL, pre-fill submissions, chase documents, and communicate with clients, lenders and valuers while keeping files organized. Growth path toward para-broker may develop.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AOL for residential loan submissions.
• Solid understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process end-to-end, including pricing requests and valuations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak directly with Australian clients, lenders and valuers by phone and video call.
• Minimum years of experience: 2+ years.
• Comfortable preparing templated loan submissions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge pricing requests with lenders on the clients’ behalf.
• Order and track valuations, following up with lenders/valuers to keep files moving.
• Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data in Apply Online (AOL).
• Pre-fill templated loan submissions ready for the clients’ review and sign-off before lodgement.
• Track application progress, chase outstanding conditions, and keep files moving toward approval and settlement.
• Follow up on clients' outstanding documents.
• Communicate proactively with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to resolve issues before they become blockers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the clients’ systems.
