Job summary

NZAB, a mortgage broking client in the Australian market, seeks a Loan Processor/Broker Assistant in the Philippines to manage loan submissions, data entry, and coordination with lenders. The role focuses on processing tasks while enabling the broker to concentrate on client conversations and deal structuring.

Initial duties include pricing requests, valuations, and preparing templated submissions for review, with potential growth toward para-broker responsibilities as trust and capability

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apply Online (AOL) for residential loan submissions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge pricing requests with lenders.
• Order and track valuations and keep files moving.
• Enter client and loan data into AOL and pre-fill submissions.
• Track progress and chase outstanding conditions to settlement.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
