Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as a Loan Processor.
• Experience supporting loan applications in Australian banking/finance/m mortgage broking.
• Ability to manage high volume of loan applications and meet SLAs.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build client relationships.
• Proficiency in loan processing platforms, CRM systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for completeness and lender policy compliance.
• Collect, analyse, and verify income, employment, credit, assets, and liabilities documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, lenders, and underwriters to obtain information.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders and address conditions.
• Monitor progress from submission to approval and settlement with regular updates.
• Follow up on outstanding documents to minimise delays and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and processing systems with audit trails.
