Responsibilities
- Contact clients to collect supporting documents (ID, payslips, etc.).
- Review documents to ensure correct submissions and request additions as needed.
- Rename documents according to naming conventions.
- Track file status and report to broker when requested.
- Assist broker with pricing with lenders.
- Assist broker and team with bank valuations.
- Other administrative ad hoc requirements.
